XAvion was founded by a team of in-house talent leaders who had spent years watching businesses lose great candidates to slow processes, bloated agency fees, and recruiters who didn't understand the roles they were filling.
We built the firm we wished existed — one that embeds deeply into a client's business, moves at the speed of a startup, and is accountable to outcomes, not activity.
